Vinification: both varieties were fermented separately. the Listán Blanco was direct pressed while the Diego had about five days of skin contact. They were blended after a couple of months and spent some time in barrel as well as time in steel. Unfined and unfiltered. The Listán Blanco grapes come from a plot called El Tión, in a forest clearing at 1100m elevation. Very old vines that Viki recovered in 2018. T is for Tión, D is for Diego, which comes from a nearby plot.

Unfined and unfiltered. 75cl. Contains sulphites (<15ppm).
