Soils: Lapilli (black volcanic ash) on Basalt rock, with rich layer of clay
Sulphites: 10mg/L added
Altitude: 900-1450m
Age of Vines: 60-130+
Viticulture: organic
Vinification: a blend of various plots scattered in the north of the island mainly. This was the result of various vinifications blended together. All were macerated for eight to 10 days, whole bunches, and pressed to barrel after fermentation. Aged for one year prior to bottling. 

Unfined and unfiltered. 75cl. Contains sulphites.
