Ignacio Pino Román Semillon 2021

From dryfarmed, own-rooted bush vines on decomposed granite soil. Naturally fermented in two parts: one part free-run juice without skins, one part with skins for seven to 15 days. 

After fermentation, the two parts were blended then aged in a combination of steel tanks and French oak barrels for six months. Then a further three months' ageing in bottle before release.

Fresh, elegant and light, with notes of sweet citrus (mandarin and lime), quince, white pear and padron pepper.

11% vol.

Unfined and unfiltered. 75cl. Contains sulphites (<25ppm).

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
