Tony Bornard Les Marnes 2018

A mercurially complex white wine from one of Jura's most sought-after producers, Tony Bornard, based in Pupillin.

This is a sous voile savignin that spends six years in barrel before bottling (topped up in its first year, then under flor until 2025) and sees no added sulphur.
