Sea of Dreams Blanco 2024

Cracking value here: made by Viña Zorzal in Navarra, this is a blend of viura (macabeo) that's fermented and aged in concrete egg, and garnacha blanca that's aged in neutral oak. So much quality for your money: savoury, textural, gluggable on its own (possibly on a terrace reading a dogeared copy of The Sun Also Rises) but even better with food.
