Mas de Libian Cave Vinum Blanc 2025

A suave, assured blend of viognier, roussanne and clairette, with small amounts of chenin blanc, rolle (aka vermentino), muscat and the local chouchillon. Aromatic, textured, immediately enjoyable and beautifully poised. Temperature control for the fermentation helps to retain the fresh fruit and delicate aromatics; short skin maceration of the viognier helps to temper the grape's more blousy florals. The clairette is vinified and aged in Stockinger demi-muids (600-litre); the roussanne in barrel and the viognier in concrete and stainless steel tanks.
