Lo Petit Fantet D’hippolyte Rouge 2025

A classic Corbières blend of carignan, grenache and syrah. Just like the white, it combines generosity with balancing freshness. Very easy to like, with enveloping aromas of ripe plum, blackberry and soft cassis, lifted by a whisper of violet. Lush and silky, with fine tannins and a delicate structure. Loads of ripe berry fruit is layered with wild mint, thyme, cracked pepper. And there's a hint of dark chocolate on the satisfying finish.
