Hatzidakis Mandilaria Rosette 2023

Stunning, briny rosé from the volcanic island of Santorini.

'Mandilaria. Pale tomato red. Chock-full of character and structure. Quite a bit of fine tannin and lots of freshness. Marine rosé! (Much more so than most Provençal examples but the Aegean not Mediterranean in this case.) Still chewy but promising.' Jancis Robinson
