Clos du Tue-Boeuf Le Petit Buisson 2025

A new vintage of Le Petit Buisson (‘the little bush’), which is made from a small parcel of sauvignon blanc on clay-limestone with flint. Mostly direct-pressed with a portion given short skin maceration. Aged in Burgundy barrels. Shows the peachy ripeness of the vintage, but with crystalline acidity and a flinty, Sancerre-y centre.
