Castro Ventosa El Castro de Valtuille Godello 2023

From the winery of the Spanish wine supremo Raúl Pérez, this is a thoroughly bankable oaked white. Made from godello planted on sand in Bierzo. Fermented in barrels and aged for about a year in new and used barrels. Lemon zest and peach with subtle tropical fruit notes, plus subtle herbal undertones and a crystalline mineral quality.
