Bodegas Ponce Blanco 2025

Juan Antonio Ponce is one hell of a winemaker. He specialises in the Spanish red grape variety bobal, but this white, made from old-vine albillo, is a proper standout. It's aged obviously very high-quality French oak, really bright apple, pear and citrus fruit, a bit of hazelnut and an an edge of flint. If you like flinty white Burgundy, you'll love this.
