Silvaner is not a popular grape, but this wine defies any negative criticism. In fact, it's so extraordinary that it ought to go in a category all of its own. Made from biodynamically farmed grapes, with four weeks of skin contact followed by ageing in Franconian oak barrels. It’s tartly energetic, ever-changing and tingly-fresh, with multitudinous mouthwatering flavours – like tangerine, loquat, hay, sage and white pepper.
