Aphros Phaunus Pet Nat Rosé 2022

Top-tier petnat from the brilliant Aphros in Vinho Verde. They do know their way around an ancestral-method fizz. This is made from two local red grape varieties, Vinhão and Alvarelhão, and is remarkably sophisticated for a petnat, with tart red berries, hints of rhubarb and whitecurrant, and a biscuity savouriness.
