Alice & Olivier De Moor Le Même Azimuth 2024

Part of Alice and Olivier's Vendangeur Masqué négoce project, through which they source grapes from friends and like-minded growers (Le Même Azimuth – 'the same direction') around France to produce one-off cuvées. This is a blend of Alsatian grapes – 50% Riesling, 40% Gewurztraminer, 10% Muscat and 10% Pinot Blanc – all from organically farmed, hand-harvested vines. The Riesling is pressed directly, while the other varieties macerate as whole clusters for 15 days. Aged in neutral barrels without fining or filtration, and a tiny dose of sulphur.
