Alice et Olivier De Moor Chitry 2023

Chitry is a commune just outside Chablis. This is a domaine chardonnay from Alice and Olivier (ie, using grapes from one of their own vineyards). Possibly a smidge richer than the domaine Chablis, this has creamy notes of green and yellow apple, with a burst of lemon and lime, and an oyster shell stoniness.
