Alice et Olivier De Moor Aligoté NV

Owing to very low 2023 yields, this year's aligoté release is a blend of wines from 2022 and 2023. The wine is aged in enamelled steel vats rather than used barrels as is the case with the other cuvées presented here. A wine that amply demonstrates just how good this under-appreciated grape variety can be. Textured and saline with notes of oyster shell, citrus, pear and white pepper.
