A pair of rising stars making wine in and around Gredos, central Spain. NB: if you like Burgundy but can’t afford it, bookmark this place. This is pale, pure Garnacha from old vines grown on silty granite. Bright and succulent with earthy red fruits. Plenty of punch for your £.
