A clarete made from palomino and sryah. Palomino from pago Miraflores in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Wholebunch pressing. Fermentation for about four weeks. Maturation under thick flor for months. Syrah from Pago Carrascal footstomped as whole bunches. Fermentation for three weeks followed by maturation in Taransaud barrels under a veil of flor for 10 months.

ABV: 12%
