A clarete – that’s a red/white co-ferment, in this case with tintilla, palomino, arinto, PX and perruño. Wholebunch fermentation in 1000l unlined amphorae. Ageing in amphora and steel tank. So expressive, juicy and herbal. Raspberry, blackcurrant leaf, geranium. Sappy, a bit smoky and heady with rich pink flowers. Have it a bit chilled. 

ABV: 11.5%
