Guímaro Camiño Real Tinto 2020

Pedro Rodríguez is a great farmer and an even better winemaker. This is utterly delicious and substantial Ribera Sacra red. Premier Cru Burg level. Fermented with whole bunches, which adds a gorgeous layer of spiciness to the supple fruit, dried flowers and zingy minerals. Mainly mencía with a few other local grapes thrown in. Think five-star Northern Rhône syrah or wholebunch-y pinot. Hedonistic fruity, spicy aromas and flavours brimming over.

Unfined and unfiltered. 75cl. Contains sulphites.
